"PetroChina Co., the country's biggest oil and gas producer, has obtained approval for major projects, including a pipeline, to be funded by a share listing in Shanghai, China's environmental watchdog said Tuesday.
PetroChina plans is awaiting regulatory approval for an initial public offering up to 4 billion shares, possibly by the end of the year."
